Best organization Tips It is for this reason that I decided to obtain my MBA in management. In July 2015, I obtained my Bachelor of Business Administration in the University of Oregon, Washington. In September 2017, I spent my 4th semester of study. In this time, I gained 2-1/2 years internship, which gave me an opportunity to complete my MA under ONE MBA beginning from June-July 2018. During those 4 years, I kept myself busy in my multiple sector jobs. I was even called to work with someone which can sometimes be tedious when I go to the office late to provide training on a new software release. But during my internship, I thought of other ways to invest my free time. I would do better by using the time I had to help others and finding my role in this company. So, I knew I needed to go back to school. In May 2018, I enrolled in the PGDS University College of Business Administration. You read this the right way. A 4-year study at my company’s community college would improve my employer skills and knowledge with a chance to go into the senior management. I remember that I was the only one with the marketing background who joined the marketing and HR department on my first day of work. I consider myself lazy and organized when working in the organization but less important in my dormitory room. Working part-time schedule would enable me to meet my education and child-care obligations. As students currently studying abroad with the overseas assistance, it is not easy to complete most of the required studies. However, I know I could always improve my skills by learning my practical programming skills which would give me an opportunity to learn newer skills in the company. Prior to enrolling in school, I quickly became a curious girl who takes help from anyone, no matter how in need of it. Therefore, I realized that being more professional in the organization would increase my value. Here are some suggestions to help me improve my skills: Assist interns when they start their internship. Work alongside them and their mentors for development. Trim workload for the benefit of employees. Plan for manageable projects. Invest time into internships. Find local competitive college to help me improve my skills. Work with only those corporate experts who I know I can learn and understand better. Aside from that, keep my mind busy in many way by setting a schedule for myself. Do not take my career as a joke, and ensure I are committed to learning. I hope to achieve good results in school. I know with all my heart that getting my MBA will make me much happier and well on my way to acquiring the desired responsibilities for which I have been researching.
