
How to feel happier daily When I really think about how I see the world, it’s amazing how many things in this world can make you feel very happy, like having a good attitude or being kind or being in a good mood. And the other things that make you feel extremely miserable. I personally have a pretty soft spot for myself, I think that maybe because I am an introvert, I do like spending time in nature, where there’s a group of people I can interact with on a natural level but it feels very strange to a group of people. When you are alone in nature, you are the one who's aware, you are the one trying to explain what’s happened with your head. But when you are surrounded by people, you feel more scared, it’s hard to explain when you’re in the middle of it. One day someone made a statement about how unpleasant it can be when there’s a group of people that come around and make an effort to understand. Since I hear that statement a lot, many times, I also try to understand people and my situations very well, to see what’s good and bad in other people’s lives, how they communicate and how they stay comfortable with themselves. When you understand yourself and the people around you, you know that you will be happier around people. Walking through the forest Nature is beautiful and brings out many positive feelings. I don’t walk through some peaceful forest, just on my way to the airport, not a person I see like the coquina is walking with me, I still see people walk past me I have to interact with. It also can put a smile on your face, walking through nature. But this is the environment we live in, that is what we are surrounded by on a daily basis. And in order to know who you really are, you need to know who other people are around you, where you go with them and where you are going. It’s something that we do have to know to make a better understanding and to decide on a better path for ourselves.
